Wallet-only QBT seller refund

This separately deployable page reads a saved seller recovery file in your browser, re-derives the complete V4 QBT tree, and asks independent chain providers for a fresh preflight. It has no coordinator, database, operator key, qbit Core, CLI, or transaction-id paste path.

Refund only. Buyer claims are not performed here. A QBT claim is the first disclosure of the buyer secret, so it is performed only through the hosted qbit OTC site's claim relay. This independent artifact supports only the seller's exact fixed refund, after that refund's locktime, and it never reads a buyer-private recovery file.

Testnet only. Never use real value. Provider disagreement, missing proof, stale Wallet state, or malformed bytes blocks broadcasting.

No buyer secret is ever accepted here: this page has no buyer-claim path, and the API rejects any request containing buyerSecret or secretHex. A current seller backup contains its public context, fixed-refund checkpoint, and delayed-rescue key in one file; keep it private. Legacy seller backups may request their matching context file. Keep the original recovery file and the browser checkpoint until independent observers show confirmation.
